We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s needs. Become adept in their terminology and key business processes; Be able to confidently present to customers at all levels of management.
Identify and articulate product enhancements to fill gaps. Generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience.
Undertake market and competitive solution research, conduct user interviews in order to identify disruptive, innovative opportunities and create ideal user experiences
With the support of UI/UX designers, create wireframes to articulate and define new product functionality.
Act as a go-to person for the development teams for product development decisions and articulation of requirements
As the Product Manager, you will be the subject matter expert (SME) for the development team, drawing on the business domain knowledge you have acquired in the Higher Education space.
Work closely with the Product Development teams in product planning, release planning, and prioritisation of backlog work.
Engage in day-to-day activities with the Product development teams. This involves attending regular team meetings, leading refinement sessions, and engaging with the development team, providing direction and focus.
Support the sales team to position our product as the preferred technical solution in pre-sales conversations.
Conduct value-focused product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements, through onsite visits and via online meetings.
Gather requirements and facilitate Proof of Concept (POC)/Proof of Value (POV) engagements with prospects.
Contribute to the authoring of RFP/RFI response documents.
You have the following skills: product management, product development and strategy, excellent presentation skills, understanding the customer, requirements analysis, pricing, sales planning and competitive analysis.
Ideally, you will have a good appreciation of Higher Education business domain, and you will have a broad understanding of Higher Education IT landscape, or you will demonstrate an ability to rapidly domain expertise through your previous work experience.
Solid technical background with the knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies
Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira.
You are highly motivated, focused, and disciplined self-starter.

DevOps/SaaS Support Engineer

We are looking for a competent and self-driven individual to work in our Belgrade office as DevOps/SaaS Support Engineer.
This is a full-time position and presents an excellent opportunity for Linux System Admin or Java Programmer who is interested in the more holistic view of their technical environments.
To be considered you will need to have experience in Linux administration and/or Java, with a willingness to further advance knowledge and experience in DevOps, Oracle Cloud services, DBA and support.
To ensure smooth running and high uptime service of our Cloud-based SaaS solutions.
Provide Technical Systems installation, support and maintenance across various cloud environments, this is including configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, monitor, alert, provision and report.
Manage instance configuration, SSL certificates, snapshots and archive.
To respond to Service Desk Requests in accordance to agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Meet contractual KPIs related to ticket response and resolution times, and customer satisfaction score.
Apply technical skills, problem-solving skills, and product knowledge to determine issue root cause, and implement workarounds and permanent issue resolutions.
Perform ongoing monitoring of SaaS Cloud Solution and proactively resolve any identified issues
Escalate any Software issues/defects to the development team and coordinate issue resolution
Escalate any cloud infrastructure issues to cloud services provider and coordinate issue resolution
Ensure that SaaS solution backups are performed and tested.
Perform regular Disaster Recovery testing.
Develop automated monitoring and alerting tools/scripts.
Produce monthly Support Service Reports.
Provide support during standard Serbian business hours (no requirement of after-hours or night work)
The following technical skills are highly desirable:
Experience in Linux with the ability to build servers in Cloud Environment, provide maintenance, monitoring, patching and remediation.
Experience in configuration and use of one of the Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure or Oracle Cloud)
One or more DevOps, Orchestration/Configuration Management and Continuous Integration technology (g. Docker, Jenkins, …)
One or more scripting language (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Perl, Ruby, Python,…)
One or more Web and Application Server technologies (e.g. Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat,..)
Networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP
Experience with service desk tools, defect tracking and software version control tools (g. Jira, Git, SVN)
