Prior roles include Location Delivery Director at Fujitsu Australia, managing application service delivery across all accounts in Victoria and Queensland; Telecommunications Delivery Director, managing Systems Integration service delivery to major telecommunications companies in Australia; Research and Development Software Development Manager; and Lecturer at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Telecommunication and Software Engineering.

Global IT Factory co-founder, a highly experienced Information Technology and Telecommunications professional with over 30 years’ experience. Humair “Hu” Naqvi

Chief Revenue Officer

Hu brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience in scale-up organisations across the higher education sector. With a strong background in EdTech, consulting, and digital transformation, he has led growth by aligning innovative solutions with the evolving needs of universities worldwide. His career includes senior commercial roles across global markets, contributions to policy forums such as the APPG Education & Skills (House of Lords), service on UK university advisory boards, and presentations at major sector conferences. He also helped establish a social-impact organisation supporting employment and integration for refugees and displaced communities. At Global IT Factory, Hu leads global Sales and Marketing, driving adoption of the Curriculum Management System and helping institutions manage academic programs with agility and strategic alignment.

Non-Executive Director

Prior roles were in financial services, government, defence, and telecommunications sectors, spanning Australia, the USA, South Korea, and New Zealand. Other previous roles include Partner and National Head of Digital Transformation at Grant Thornton’s Management Consulting; Positions at Accenture, The Boston Consulting Group, Booz Allen, BT Financial Group, DXC, Deloitte, GE Capital, National Australia Bank, and Westpac Bank. Additionally served as Executive General Manager at Fujitsu Consulting and chair of the Melbourne University Industry Advisory Group.

Managing Director, Europe

Global IT Factory co-founder, a highly experienced Entrepreneur and Information Technology Professional with more than 30 years of experience. Expertise in IT strategy, systems integration, and international business development, both in Australia and overseas. Prior roles include: Founder and Managing Director of the largest Serbian Business Portal, eKapija; Information Technology Expert/Solution Architect on a number of large Systems Integration projects; and founder of the Serbian Association of Managers.

Prior roles include a diverse array of leadership positions, as Program Manager at the City of Boroondara; Digital Delivery Lead at 7-Eleven; various roles at Fujitsu Australia Ltd, encompassing Project Director, Senior Project Manager, OSS Solution Director, and Solution Architect; Principal Solution Architect and Group Leader.

Nathalie Stanford

Product Manager

As Product Manager, Nathalie has joined GITF with a keen interest in Curriculum Mapping and the disaggregation of traditional curriculums structures, to enable delivery of micro-credentials and stackable courses.

Nathalie particularly excels in understanding the business priorities and needs of tertiary institutions, which she then translates into the CMS platform through innovative feature sets. Her passion lies in ensuring that the platform not only meets current sector needs but is also forward-looking, anticipating trends and changes in the sector.
