ACU decided to go to market in order to identify a Curriculum Management solution that will facilitate the management of course approvals, amendments, and the entire review process. As a result of an RFT process, ACU selected Global IT Factory’s Curriculum Management System to establish a ‘single source of truth’ for the approved course information and documentation. In addition, the alignment of processes with important ACU deadlines, including marketing events and promotional deadlines was imperative.
CMAS (Curriculum Management Approval System) has been deployed in November 2020 and has delivered:
“Global IT Factory has been amazing to work with. They have listened and accommodated our needs, and they have provided thought leadership and guidance where required. By implementing Global IT Factory’s Curriculum Management System, we have dramatically reduced the time to review and approve the course curriculum.”
