Global IT Factory recently hosted its Curriculum Management System (CMS) User Group Forum on Wednesday, 21 May 2025. The session brought together a strong group of 117 users from 13 institutions across the sector, offering a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, provide feedback, and explore emerging themes in curriculum management.
The plenary session featured updates on company developments and explored how new technologies—including AI—are shaping the future of curriculum governance and academic planning. Participants also received a high-level update on the CMS product roadmap, with a focus on how upcoming enhancements will support both higher education and vocational institutions.
The event concluded with a series of interactive breakout sessions co-led by our users and product team. These sessions encouraged hands-on collaboration around core themes such as reviews and collaboration, business intelligence and bulk operations, curriculum mapping, and the evolving Curriculum Advisor product suite.
We sincerely thank all participants for contributing their insights and helping guide the direction of our CMS. These forums remain a cornerstone of how we ensure the platform continues to meet the real-world needs of our community.
